In 2009 for the proper protection of the state border the President of the Russian Federation was suggested to buy a piece of land unique in its kind, located directly on the border- line between Russia and NATO member Latvia. President Medvedev was not interested in the proposal that time. However, the solution of the problem of legitimitation of the current border caused the Russian Federation to start the border demarcation in accordance to the Agreement between Latvia and Russia, 2007. The signing of the demarcation documents by the heads of the governments of Russia and Latvia is planned in the middle of 2017.
The citizens of Russia who consider themselves Patriots of their Motherland, for whom in fact, not in words, the sovereignty of the Russian Federation is important, who share the idea of President of the Russian Federation VV Putin that patriotism is a national idea, may join the club "Border on the lock ".
If the club "Border on the lock" wins in the auction-voting, the discussed piece of land will be presented to the Government of the Russian Federation by the Patriots on behalf of the club. The Patriots should understand that the President and the Government of the Russian Federation are not Russia. What determines the state? The Constitution and the border! The current regime is not in a shame that an international agreement has not been implemented for ten years already. It is not in a shame that in the absence of the demarcation of borders, according to the logic of the UN Ban Ki-moon, Russia is not a real state. This inaction brings the frontier guards to being criminals.

The citizens of any other country, for whom the Law , the inviolability of private property, the idea of free and democratic society is important, may enter the international club " Border under the Law ".
If the club "Border under the Law" wins, its members will exchange this piece of land for the certificates of lease rights for leasing of this piece of land, which in turn will allow the certificate owners to present them, after the signing of the demarcation documents for payment to the Government. the Government will be forced ( in fact according to the current Russia legislation, the Government had to buy the land before signing the document in 2007) or to buy the certificates and then the profit of the owners will be 800% in six months, or the President and the Government of the Russian Federation consider that Russia is a successor of the Soviet Union, the Russian Government will pay money until 2039. In this case the owners will get a profit of 40% each year.
